Return and Refunds Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept your return within 14 days of delivery, the garment in the original condition, unworn and unwashed. 

You can return any merchandise for a full refund or exchange. We are dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. To request a return, please email wynne@notgoingquietly.co.za with your order number so we can provide you with details!

Step 2: Place your original sales receipt and item/s back into the original packaging and ensure swing tags are in place.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will promptly process your refund/exchange and notify you via email. However, your banking institution may take several days to process the credit. Only regular priced items may be credited for a refund. All sale items are final.

Please note Not Going Quietly (Pty) Ltd does not cover return postage costs. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returns.  Please ensure your return package is trackable and insured, for your protection, in case of loss or damage. We cannot guarantee sizes or styles will be available when exchanging if the size or style you want is not available you will be given a full refund.

- Faulty Items

Not Going Quietly (Pty) Ltd) garments are handmade and fully inspected before being shipped to ensure the highest quality garments are being sent to you. In the unlikely event that our garment is faulty, please email us with your order number and a photo of the garment,  so we can arrange for a replacement. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a full refund.

To prolong the life of your garment, please follow the care instructions on the label, as we cannot be kept liable for normal wear and tear symptoms.

- Sale Items

All Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. No alterations can be applied to existing stock, sale items are therefore exempt of any customisations.
